Brewcadia is built for birthdays, corporate outings, watch parties, rehearsal dinners, holiday parties, fundraisers, and everything in between. With a flexible layout for groups from 50 to 120 guests, the whole space is yours for the night. Every booking includes full access to our classic arcade games and pinball, all set to free play, plus Barley's craft beer on tap and food packages straight from the Barley's kitchen.

Is Brewcadia still open to the public?
Brewcadia is now a private event venue and no longer holds regular public hours. You can still find us next door at Barley's seven days a week.
How far in advance should I book?
Dates fill quickly, so we recommend reaching out as early as possible to check availability. Final attendance must be confirmed at least 14 business days before your event.
Can we bring our own food or drinks?
All food and beverages come from our kitchen and bar, with one exception: a specialty cake, such as a birthday cake, is welcome with advance approval. Ohio liquor laws prohibit outside alcohol, but if you'd like a specific beverage we don't carry, we're happy to bring it in with advance notice.
How does the bar work for private events?
Drinks are priced per glass at regular restaurant prices, and you choose the setup that fits your budget: host the full bar, use drink tickets, host for a set time or amount, or let guests pay their own way.
Is Brewcadia family friendly?
Yes! Since your event is private, guests of all ages are welcome to play. The bar is reserved for guests 21 and up with valid ID.
Can we play our own music or bring entertainment?
Yes! TouchTunes and Pandora are available for your use, and guest musicians and entertainers are welcome with prior approval.
What does it cost?
Events carry a $200/hr food and beverage minimum plus a facility fee, with a 20% service charge applied to host tabs. Food packages range from appetizer trays to full pizza spreads. Reach out with your headcount and date for a custom quote.
Where is Brewcadia located, and where should guests park?
Brewcadia is right next door to Barley's Brewing Company at 467 N. High St. in downtown Columbus. Nearby garages and street parking are both within a short walk, and we're happy to share parking tips with your guest list.
