Wild Card Saison

Wild Card is a hazy pale orange French farmhouse style ale brewed with a kiss of cardamom. Calais yeast produces fruity, peppery esters that play well with the piney, fruity spice, and the yeast ferments a remarkable proportion of the Dutch Pilsner and German Vienna malts, resulting in a very dry, effervescent 6.1% ABV beer. A late addition of Slovenian Celeia hops provides a nuanced savory herbal aroma with a hint of ripe pear.
