Nitro at
the 'House
New
to Barley's, and new to this region, we're starting to offer nitros.
What are nitros? Nitros are beers that have nitrogen replacing
much of the carbon dioxide for carbonation. This results in a
smooth, creamy mouthfeel that is unmatched for many beer styles.
Think Guinness.
We'll
have nitros available from time to time during the colder months,
so watch for them. When you're visiting, ask for them!

Barley's Auric Ale Golden Ale Auric: 1: of or related to gold; 2. energy field of a clairvoyant; 3. a golden ale with mystical healing powers. (Not really, but wouldn't that be cool? Then again, who's to say?

Stout A dryish stout with subtle, but noticable coffee end notes, thanks
to cold-infused Hawaiian Kona beans specially roasted for us by
Staf's Coffee Roasters
Katie's Summer Wheat American Wheat This is a refreshing hefeweizen with just a hint of whole Oregon cherries added to the fermenter for a subtle tartness and perhaps a tinge of color
Barley's 1516 Dunkel German Dunkel Dunkel is German for dark, and that's what this entirely dirnkable session beer is. Reinheitsgebot, the German Purity Law, was passed in 1516, which allowed only malt, hops, yeast and water to be used in brewing beer. In honor of this tradition, we proudly call ours 1516 Dunkel. Prost!

Pale Ale American
Pale Ale well balanced and
slightly fruity, this is our flagship ale. We use two-row English barley
malt including both pale and crystal malts. We add three varieties of
hops, including Kent Goldings, the variety that gives British malts
their worldwide following
Barley's Centennial IPA American IPA Originally brewed to commemorate our 100th batch, we now brew this one when we thirst for a big, big beer with good hop backbone. More malt, more hops, more alcohol. You demand it, we brew it...low beer warning....
MacLenny's
Scottish Ale Scottish
Ale a slightly
malty, butterscotch colored ale. We carmelize the malt at the beginning
of the brewing process, producing toffee-like undertones
