Whitman
Pale Ale Pale
Ale A Burton on
Trent style pale ale, the region made famous by Bass. A true session
beer, it's medium body, yet light malt and hops make it a beer that
you'll come back to again and again
Barley's
Droughtfire IPA American
IPA
Another IPA from our brewery... grapefruit and orange rinds, good
malt presense, it's our response to the great hop shortage of 2007/8
Alexander's
Russian Imperial Stout Russian
Imperial Stout Originally
brewed in Great Britain for the Russian Imperial Court, it's a massive
beer. Inky black, with loads of malt and hops. Perfect when the
wolves are howling at the window. Two time gold medal winner at
the Real Ale Festival in Chicago
Robert
Burns Scottish Export Ale Scottish
Ale A malty experience,
meant to sip. Peated malt evokes the best of single malt whiskys.
Come to think of it, that would be a sublime pairing
Saint
Nick's Winter Warmer Winter
Warmer our first
effort at an ale over 6% ABV when the law changed, and we've continued
to make it every year since. This winter warmer is a maltier version
of our Christmas Ale, and if you have too many, you'll have visions
of sugarplums dancing in your head...LOW BEER WARNING...
MacLenny's
Scottish Ale Scottish
Ale a slightly
malty, butterscotch colored ale. We carmelize the malt at the beginning
of the brewing process, producing toffee-like undertones
Barley's
Raspberry Wheat Fruit
Ale
Slightly tart, with a delicate taste, we add German Hallertauer
hops. In the German tradition, this batch is unfilterd to produce
a hazy, straw colored ale infused with pureed Oregon raspberries
for a tarty fruitiness that's unmatched
