colored with a tinge of pink, due to fresh raspberries from Oregon
added to the fermenter near the end of fermentation. Light, yet
refreshing

Russian Imperial Stout Imperial Stout a
rare beer style today, it is deep brown with a sweet malt nose and flavor.
Excellent body and balance. Historically, this style of beer was shipped
from Britain to the Russian Imperial Court. 1997 Real Ale Festival Gold

Scottish Ale Scottish
Ale a slightly
malty, butterscotch colored ale. We carmelize the malt at the beginning
of the brewing process, producing toffee-like undertones
