SATURDAY:

The rumors are true... Barley's has the juiciest, most flavorful, and now, biggest burger in town. We call it Barley's Ultimate Burger.

A full one and one half pounds of beef with all your favorite toppings stacked high. It's enough to share, and it's only on Saturday, but there's one more thing... If you think you can (wo)man up and eat the whole thing by yourself... in 30 minutes, including the garnishes and fries, we'll buy it for you. There it is... Barley's Saturday Ultimate Throwdown.

But that's not all. Every Saturday, we feature Barley's pitchers for just $14, and Single Malt Scotch flights for $15, all day long.

So whether you're thirsty after shopping at the North Market, or you're looking for a great late night deal after traipsing through the Short North, we're here for you. Saturday at Barley's.

BARLEY'S ULTIMATE BURGER... $14 PITCHERS...
$15 SINGLE MALT FLIGHTS... ALL DAY LONG!

SUNDAY:

The weekend's not over yet! Sunday, we turn Barley's all Scottish. We're featuring Bangers and Mash and house-made Scotch eggs all day long.

We also offer up our famous Hell Mary's for just $5. The Hell Mary is our version of the Bloody using our house-made Gates of Hell sauce. It was created at the bar on November 21, 1992, and we've been serving it ever since.

You can also sample three different Single Malt Scotches for just $15 while your read your New York Times.

It wouldn't be a Scottish Sunday if we didn't feature MacLenny's Scottish Ale, our best selling ale of all time. All day Sunday, you can enjoy MacLenny's for just $2.50. That's a great deal, huh?

Bloody right, it is. Sunday at your favorite brewpub.

BANGERS & MASH... $15 SINGLE MALT FLIGHTS...
$5 HELL MARY... SCOTCH EGGS...
$2.50 MACLENNY'S SCOTTISH ALE... ALL DAY LONG

MONDAY:

They're your favorite, and we've got 'em on Monday for just 40 cents--Mildred's Sauerkraut Balls.

What goes better with kraut than pork? Our take on the classic combo is our $2 bratwurst to go with your balls. We've also got a variety of toppings for just 50 cents a pop. Order your favs and you've got your own custom ordered German cuisine.

We didn't forget you'll want to wash it all down with something. We solve that problem with $12 pitchers. Your choice of Barley's Pale Ale, MacLenny's Scottish Ale or Barley's Pilsner.

German fare never sounded so good, or thrifty. Monday at Ale House No. 1.

$12 PITCHERS... ALL DAY LONG
$2 BRATS... 40 CENT MILDRED'S SAUERKRAUT BALLS... STARTING AT 3PM

TUESDAY:

Now that we're offering Imperial pints ( big 20 ounce pours,) we thought it's only fitting that we figure out a way to promote the launch.

Our answer is Big Beer Tuesday. From open to close, we offer an Imperial pint for the regular price of a sixteen ounce pint. It's another way to stretch your buck, and it's a way for us to sell more beer. Win-Win.

What goes better with a beer than a nice soft, salty pretzel? We serve a basket of our house recipe pretzels for just $2. You won't find them on our menu, but you will find them here on Tuesday.

Big Pretzel Big Beer Tuesday, only at Barley's.

20 OZ BARLEY'S ALE FOR THE 16 OZ PRICE...
ALL DAY LONG
$2 BARLEY'S PRETZEL BASKET... STARTING AT 3PM

WEDNESDAY:

We know that if there's one thing that makes you happy, it's Barley's unconventional char-grilled wings.

Can you think of anything that takes less love than tossing frozen chicken wings into a tank of grease? If so, don't tell us. The world is already an ugly enough place.

Since 1992, we've been lovingly grilling our wings for one reason, and one reason only. They taste better. Coupled with our house-made sauces, (that incidentally don't include corn syrup like the corporates do to increase profits), and you've got yourself some real food.

What could be better? When they're just 40 cents each every Wednesday after 3PM, only at 467 North High Street.. 'Nuff said.

40 CENT BARLEY'S CHAR-GRILLED WINGS...
STARTING AT 3PM

THURSDAY:

If there's one thing we've learned around here, it's this: you people love your IPAs.

What started out as a new beer with a higher hop rate to celebrate our 100th brew many years ago, Centennial IPA has turned into a gateway ale. We can't even count how many different IPAs we've brewed since then. (Technically, we could count them, but the paperwork's all the way over there...)

We've created a community of hop addicts, er, heads. We even find the best IPAs out there to put on our guest taps to feed your hop addiction, er, needs. What more can we do?

We can offer all IPAs in the house for just $3, that's what we can do. All day, and all night, every IPA on our draft towers is just $3.

We're also introducing all-beef foot long dawgs for the same price--$3, starting at 3PM. Toppings are just 50 cents each. If you let us get all decadent on you, we'll serve you our kitchen masterpiece: The Junkyard Dog, for just $5.

Hop Dawg. We thought that wood make you hoppy.

$3 IPAs... ALL DAY LONG
$3 FOOT LONG DAWGS... $5 JUNKYARD DAWGS... STARTING AT 3PM

FRIDAY::

We finish up with the best day of the week, Firkin Friday.. Loosen that tie and get to Barley's. (What? You stopped wearing a tie on Friday in 1997? Our bad.)

Friday is the day to get a little firkin action in. Can't you just see Fred Flinstone hearing that steam whistle, jumping off his dinosaur and heading to Rockley's Brewing Company? He's still hours away from having to plead, "Wi-i-i-lma! Open this door!' Anyhow, where were we?

As you undoubtedly know, the firkin is the brewer's highest art form. A firkin of ale is naturally carbonated, utilizing live yeast suspended in the beer, and it has an extremely short shelf life. We often dry hop in the firkin, making what we're dispensing a one-of-a-kind creation. It's poured into a fresh glass from atop the bar, using only gravity as a means to dispense. Our weekly firkin is often gone before the night is out, so get your seat early.

We also offer the $15 Single Malt Flight, a sampling of any three Single Malts that we carry. Coupled with a pint off the firkin, and you're starting your weekend large.

For those with a more sensitive disposition, we're also offering Barley's Pilsner all day and all night for just $2.50. Crazy you say? No one has an offer this good on a Friday night. We know our pilsner is a great foil to our Big Fish Platter, so we thought we'd make the choice easier for you.

$2.50 BARLEY'S PILSNER... THE BIG FISH PLATTER...
$15 SINGLE MALT FLIGHTS... ALL DAY LONG

Firkin A! See you at Barley's.
